Before you all get excited, this is NOT the final product!
It's a BETA (Very much still a work in progress)
I'm uploading this for you guys to take a look around,
see what you like or not and give me feedback, suggestions, ideas or curse at me for some reason...
For those of you who are already using my Japanese Decor pack
load this mod after but do not overwrite.
Of course, it won't look like in my video when you get there....
It all depends on which texture mods you use.

Clean Shacks (select the "Replacer" version)
I suggest you start a new game to try it out,
you can fast travel to it as soon as you exit of vault 111.
Remember... this is a WIP!

No, the navmeshing isn't properly done yet....
